Perfect Fit Paralegals (PFP) Fee Agreement
RECRUITMENT FEE AGREEMENT
This Recruitment Fee Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this day of , 20, by and between:

Perfect Fit Placement (PFP)
Berlin, Connecticut
(hereinafter referred to as the "Recruiting Firm").
1. Scope of Services
Perfect Fit Placement (PFP) agrees to provide recruitment services to the Client for the purpose of identifying, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates for employment by the Client. PFP specializes in the recruitment of Paralegals.
2. Fee Structure
For the placement of any Paralegal candidate with a total annual compensation of up to $ 80,000, the Client agrees to pay PFP a fixed fee of $10,000.
For candidates with total annual compensation exceeding $80,000, the fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
3. Engagement Fee
Upon execution of this Agreement, the Client agrees to pay PFP a non-refundable Engagement Fee of $1,500. This Engagement Fee will be credited toward the total placement fee.
4. Payment Terms
The remaining balance of the recruitment fee will be due and payable within thirty (30) days of the candidate's start date.
5. Guarantee Period
PFP offers a 100% replacement guarantee for the first 60 days. If the placed candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated within the first 60 days of employment, PFP will provide one replacement candidate at no additional charge.
If the candidate leaves or is terminated after the initial 60-day period and within six months PFP will charge $5000 for another replacement and if they leave after six months. up to one year PFP at their discretion may extend the 50% reduction depending on circumstances The Client may also go back to the prior candidates that were initially submitted and if they hire one of those there will be no charge at all.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information concerning candidates and business dealings.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to designate a primary point of contact within their organization, preferably within the attorney firm, who will act as the liaison for all communications and coordination with PFP. Prior to the commencement of the search, PFP will meet with the Client to review and discuss the hiring process, defining expectations, timeline, and collaboration methods to ensure clear communication and an effective recruitment outcome.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 10 days' written notice. Any outstanding fees for services rendered prior to termination will remain owed.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
10. Agreement Acceptance
The terms of this Agreement are accepted and agreed to by the parties as of the date signed below.
