PRICING, GUARANTEES & responsibilities

  • Most paralegal placements with compensation between $40K and $80K are billed at a rate of $10,000 per placement. Rates for higher-paid or specialized paralegals will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    • A $1,500 engagement fee is required to initiate the search. This fee will be credited toward the final placement cost. If not used for the current engagement, it may be applied toward any future paralegal or attorney hires within six months.

    • We offer a 60-day guarantee from the candidate’s start date. If the candidate does not work out for any reason during this period, PFP will provide one replacement at no additional cost—provided the placement fee has been paid in full.

    • Payment is due and payable in full as of the candidate’s start date.

    • Provision of this service is dependent on the client paying the placement fee according to the agreed schedule.

    • PFP requires a minimum three-month commitment for any temporary paralegal placement. The client must plan to engage the paralegal for at least 30 flexible hours per week. PFP will manage payroll processing for the paralegal assigned to this remote position.

    • There will also be a non-refundable $500 initial engagement fee (This can also be applied within 6 months toward any other recruitment needs).

    • The client will be billed (via credit card or ACH) weekly for the hours worked. The candidate will remain on the PFP payroll and therefore, PFP will cover all payroll expenses.

    • Conduct a comprehensive search across all PFP databases, including—but not limited to—our internal candidate pool and multiple specialized recruiting platforms such as Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

    • Identify and present a shortlist of top candidates in the market area, aligned with the client’s specific job requirements.

    • Once a short list is developed PFP will do an interview to further qualify the candidate (ie skill set, communication skills and make certain the compensation and expectations are inline with the clients requirements.

    • PFP will submit 1–2 qualified candidates. If you proceed, we’ll pause further submissions while you evaluate. If you pass, notify us immediately, and we’ll send another 1–2 candidates for review.

    • Candidates submitted to the client will include a comprehensive profile, detailing their qualifications and availability for interviews. We will conduct an initial interview with each candidate.

    OFFER AND START DATES

    • PFP will conduct a background check after the offer is accepted and before the candidate’s start date. At PFP’s discretion, this check may be conducted earlier in the process.

    • PFP will be available to support both the client and candidate in addressing any issues that may affect the hiring process.

    • Contact candidates within the first 24 hours to conduct an initial interview.

    • Conduct the initial interview either online or in person.

    • Notify candidates immediately if the client intends to proceed with hiring. If not, the client must inform PFP so we can continue the search for a suitable candidate.

    • The client will review all benefits, hours, and compensation directly with the candidate, keeping in mind that these topics have largely been addressed beforehand by PFP.

    • The client will extend the offer directly to the candidate and establish the starting date.
