Most paralegal placements with compensation between $40K and $80K are billed at a rate of $10,000 per placement. For compensation exceeding Eighty Thousand Dollars (US $80,000), fees shall be determined on a case-by-case basis and mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services.

A $1,500 engagement fee is required to initiate the search. This fee will be credited toward the final placement cost. If not used for the current engagement, it may be applied toward any future paralegal or attorney hires within six months.

Replacement Guarantee: Perfect Fit Paralegals (“PFP”) provides a 100% replacement guarantee during the first sixty (60) days of employment.

If the placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated within this period, PFP will provide one (1) replacement candidate at no additional cost.

If the candidate resigns or is terminated after sixty (60) days but within six (6) months of the start date, a replacement will be provided at a reduced fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the original placement fee, typically Five Thousand Dollars (US $5,000).

If the candidate resigns or is terminated after six (6) months but within one (1) year, PFP may, at its discretion and based on the circumstances, extend the same fifty percent (50%) reduced fee.

Alternatively, the Client may hire any candidate previously submitted during the original search at no additional charge. PFP will assist with this process as needed.

Payment is due and payable in full as of the candidate’s start date.

Provision of this service is dependent on the client paying the placement fee according to the agreed schedule.
